- Stocker – The Stocker is responsible for keeping the shelves in the store stocked at all times. He or she will need to display products according to Toys R Us policy. As a Stocker, you can expect to make between $8 and $10 per hour.
- Customer Service Representative – The Customer Service Representative is responsible for helping customers and processing all returns and exchanges. As a Customer Service Representative, you can expect to make between $8 and $10 per hour.
- Department Supervisor – The Department Supervisor is responsible for overseeing his or her department and providing updates and feedback as how to improve. As a Department Supervisor, you can expect to make between $13 and $16 per hour.

You will greet customers and work quickly to address any customer problems or concerns.
Sales Team Member (Cashier)
The Sales Team Member Cashier is responsible for operating the cash register and helping customers check out of the store. He or she will handle all monetary transactions including credit card purchases and the exchange of cash.
The Sales Team Member Cashier will also help on the sales floor when needed and provide superior customer service. He or she will also ask customers if they want to join the rewards program and assist them in signing up.

The Stocker is responsible for keeping the shelves in the store stocked and full of product at all times. He or she will remove empty cardboard and take it into the backroom to be recycled.
The Stocker will bring out new product and replenish any items that are sold out. It is the responsibility of the Stocker to make products on the shelf look nice and report any damage to products.
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is focused on the customer experience. He or she will talk to customers, address their concerns, process returns and exchanges, and also help customers find the items they need.

Seasonal Stock Crew
The Seasonal Stock Crew is responsible for working to ensure all of the shelves are stocked at all times. He or she will bring in new products, stock end caps, and create central toy displays to showcase toys.

The Department Supervisor is responsible for delivering quality customer service in their assigned department. He or she will provide feedback to the Assistant Manager on how to better improve the individual department itself.

Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for maintaining the point of sale system to ensure accuracy. He or she will address any pricing concerns within the system as well.
